Worcester – Cecile T. (DeNapoli) Albright, 87, of Worcester, formerly of Shrewsbury, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015 in Saint Francis Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Worcester after an illness.

Cecile was born in Boston and raised in Revere, one of nine children of the late Antonio and Rose (Cataldo) DeNapoli. She attended Revere schools and became a hat designer working in Boston. She moved to the Shrewsbury area in the 1950s and later in her life worked as a sales clerk for Spag’s.

Cecile was a gifted artist and had a passion for oil painting.

She leaves a sister, Dorothy M. Orrizzi of Westborough, and several loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by seven of her siblings, George, Albert, Evelyn, Elinor, Gladys, Ruth, and Anthony.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral Mass celebrating Cecile’s life Friday, Nov. 20, at 10 a.m., in Saint Anne’s Church, 130 Boston Tpke., Shrewsbury. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery of Shrewsbury.
