Region – Since we first informed our readers about problems with Verizon/FIOS customers in Westborough and surrounding communities encountering Internet speeds being far below what they should be, we have received dozens of comments from other readers who have said they are experiencing the same problems.
If you are experiencing very slow Internet speeds log onto my.verizon.com/services/speedtest and test your desktop computer or any other device that is connected to your home Wi-Fi. (Please note this will not work on smartphones.)
Thus far, our calls to Verizon Media Relations to inquire about this situation have not been returned. Let us know in the comments if you, too, are experiencing problems.
