Demonstration of ancient instrument at Shrewsbury Library

Shrewsbury – Musician Sean Gaskell will give a performance/educational demonstration on the Kora, an ancient 21-stringed harp from West Africa, Sunday, April 10, at the Shrewsbury Public Library, 214 Lake St., at 2 p.m. Gaskell will feature traditional songs that are the heart and soul of the Koras musical repertoire in addition to some of his own personal compositions.  Admission is free to the public, but registration is required here.
