Northborough Police searching for alleged assailant

Northborough – The Northborough Police Department are searching for a man who allegedly on June 23 assaulted a young woman jogging on Lyman Street near Talbot Road.

During the subsequent search of the area, a second female in Westborough reported to the Westborough Police Department that two men in a small black car circled around her in the area of Lake Chauncy. She first saw the car and two men on the side of the road with the car’s hood up when she walked past them. Shortly thereafter the car pulled up beside her but she ran away from the vehicle.

The suspect in the Northborough incident is described as a Hispanic looking male, 5’8”, in his thirties, wearing khaki shorts and a black t-shirt.
