Westborough – Dorothy L. Trainor, 85, of Westborough, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016 at home.

Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Signe (Soderberg) Ohman. She was educated in Worcester schools and was a graduate of Commerce High School.

Dorothy is survived by her six children, Louise A. McManus and her husband Peter O’Donnell of Palo Alto, Calif.; Susan M. Maki and her husband Carl of Sterling; Paul Trainor of Westborough; Dorothy A. Thebado and her husband Kenneth of Northborough; Jean C. Lynn and her husband Emmett of Beaverton, Ore.; and Richard J. Trainor and his wife Tanya of Westborough. She is also survived by four brothers, Robert Ohman of Worcester, Phillip Ohman of Worcester, David Ohman of Dennis, and Paul Ohman of Auburn; and one sister, Jane Tuccio of Wells, Maine. She was the beloved grandmother of seven grandchildren, Patricia Thebado, Charles Thebado, Melissa Lynn, Jack McManus, Adam McManus, Logan Trainor, and Cole Trainor. She was the mother of the late Peter Trainor and sister of the late Lois Lynch.

She enjoyed baking, sewing, knitting and crocheting and known for her famous cream puffs and hand knit mittens. Most of all, she enjoyed her children and grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.

A private graveside service will be held at St. Luke’s Cemetery in Westborough.
