Obit Beverly Ann LatinoWorcester – Beverly Ann (Marcimo) Latino, 66, a beautiful woman passed away suddenly Monday, July 11, 2016 while vacationing in Maine.

Beverly was born in Worcester, and her father was the late Robert Marcimo. She grew up the daughter of a Shrewsbury Fire Fighter and graduated from Shrewsbury High School. On July 31, 1970, at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in Shrewsbury, she married James J. Latino. Together they built a home in Shrewsbury and raised their family with love and devotion for the next 46 years with the last 11 as residents of Worcester.

Beverly is survived by her devoted husband, James; children, Jennifer Jordan and her husband James and Nicholas Latino, all of Worcester; her mother, Betty V. (Sundman) Marcimo of Shrewsbury; siblings, Nancy (Marcimo) Annessi, Jeffrey R., and Jay R. Marcimo; a grandson, Caleb, who she loved “To The Moon and Back”; her mother-in-law, Yvonne (Champagne) Latino; sister-in-law, Marsha Latino; brother-in-law, Rick Latino and wife Maria; aunt, Barbara Saide; niece, Taryn (Annessi) Marchetto and her husband Tom; nephews, Brett and Brooke Marcimo, David and Jonathan Latino, Blake and Bryce Marchetto; and many other extended family members and friends. Besides her father, her father-in-law, Joseph J. Latino, also predeceased her, as well as her uncle, Al Saide.

Beverly loved people, which is why she spent her entire working career in Human Resources and employee relations.

She loved the beach, being at her condo in Wells, Maine, and taking vacations in winter to Naples, Fla. She enjoyed country music, shopping, happy hours, and spending time with her family and friends. She was also an avid Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan.

Friends and relatives are invited to calling hours Thursday, July 14, from 4-8 p.m., at the Mercadante Funeral Home & Chapel, 370 Plantation St., Worcester. Her funeral service will be held Friday, July 15, at 11 a.m., in the funeral home, with the burial following at Notre Dame Cemetery.
