Westborough – State Sen. Jamie Eldridge (D-Acton) and state representatives Carolyn Dykema (D-Holliston) and Danielle Gregoire (D-Marlborough) will be meeting with area residents and discussing legislative activities and initiatives at a gathering Tuesday, July 19, at 7 p.m. at Tatnuck Booksellers, 18 Lyman St., Westborough.

Kate Donaghue, chair of the Westborough Democratic Town Committee, said, “Westborough has three accomplished Democrats representing us at the State House. This meeting is an opportunity for area residents to learn of their work and goals.”

Following the formal part of the meeting there will be an opportunity for a discussion with the three legislators.

“In addition to the presentation we’ll be informally discussing the upcoming election season, especially the presidential election,” Donaghue noted. “If people are interested in getting involved, please come to the event. Campaigns are a fun way to make a difference and to meet people who share similar values.”

The Westborough Democratic Town Committee meets the third Tuesday of the month at Tatnuck Booksellers. For more information on the meeting or the committee, contact Donaghue at [email protected] or 508-404-8531.
