Chris was born Jan. 17, 1969 at the U.S. Air Force Base in Tachikawa, Japan. His early years were spent in Boise, Idaho; Sumter, S.C.; and then Blackstone and Uxbridge, Massachusetts. He and his wife Mary Lou lived briefly in Milford before settling in Grafton.

Chris devoted much of his life to the community he loved and Boy Scout Troop 106 in Grafton, where he was Scout Master and received the Silver Beaver Award in 2015 for his distinguished service. He appreciated the beauty of the world around him and captured it often through his love of photography and spent as much time as he could fishing, camping, and hiking.

Chris will be remembered for his love of family and the outdoors and especially for his sharp humor and his natural gift as a story teller.
