Hudson – On Sept. 21, nearly 100 Marlborough Savings Bank employees went to downtown Hudson and visited Main Street businesses in what they called the “MSB Hudson Takeover.” All employees were given $20 to spend at local establishments to contribute to the success of Hudson’s downtown, and in hope of promoting awareness of Marlborough Savings Bank’s newest Hudson location at 186 Main St.

“A large part of the downtown takeover concept is to demonstrate our commitment to the local community, especially the downtowns that are vital to a community’s prosperity,” said Rick Bennett, president and CEO of Marlborough Savings Bank. “In one night alone, we reinvested more than $1,800 back into the Hudson community, while having our team visible and engaged.”
