Southborough – The Southborough Fire Department is once again collecting items to support Project Just Because, a local outreach organization which lends year round support to Metrowest families in need. The department will be accepting donations at the Fire Station’s 21 Main St. location through Sunday, Dec. 18.
The organization is most in need of the following items which should all be new, please: board games for ages 10+; footballs/soccer balls/basketballs and other sporting equipment; stuffed animals; and toys for all ages; winter jackets – all sizes; gift cards for warm clothing; warm hats and gloves for all ages; and twin blankets.
