I want to wish you all a happy holiday season and prosperous New Year. As I look back, the 2016 real estate market was great! Housing inventory has decreased and buyers are looking for new inventory, indicating that 2017 will be a robust year for real estate with appreciating sale prices.

Meeting my clients’ needs
“We lived in Northborough for five years. Michelle is very involved in the town. She sits on a variety of town boards and has been very involved in the town’s annual Applefest event. Everyone that I have talked to in the town spoke very highly of Michelle and she sells a lot of homes in town so you see her name often on real estate signs. When we decided to sell our home Michelle was extremely professional. She was patient as we did not know when the house would be put on the market and we would call her saying that we need to postpone by a week or a month. Michelle always listened, calmed us down and told us that she would be there when we were ready. She then brought in several people to help get our home ready to be sold. She has a marvelous eye and was really able to get our house in fantastic shape. Her photographer was excellent, so the overall presentation of our house was very well managed. Michelle also knows the market and priced our home to sell. We had four offers after the first open house.”
Relocating to another community

Selling and downsizing
“She spent well over a year giving us guidance on how to get our house market ready. The recommended updates made the world of difference, but were not over the top cost-wise. I felt free to consult with her at any time. She always had quick response times. My husband thought that if we could sell our house for the high 380’s it would be well worth the effort and would enable us to realize our retirement dreams. After my husband’s passing it seemed time to let go of my home. Michelle’s compassion was incredible and I felt well supported. Thank goodness all the updates had just been completed and much of the house had been packed up for the sake of refinishing the hardwood floors. My husband got to enjoy the beauty for two and a half months. We put my house on the market on a Wednesday in May and had an open house that Sunday. There were six offers, three of which were over asking price.”
Selling and moving up to larger home
“Michelle was terrific to work with on our home sale. We first encountered her selling a property in Northborough and her professionalism, availability and candor were very much appreciated acting as a dual agent. Though that purchase was not completed, we felt that Michelle would be a possible fit for our home sale. After speaking with three other agents local to Framingham and Metrowest, we decided that Michelle was not just the best fit but also the most ambitious. Michelle worked really well to manage photos, open houses and appointments with us. From contacting us on last minute appointments to a second photo shoot because the first was marred by snow cover, Michelle took tons of stress out from our end. Her experience and knowledge talked us off the cliff a few times and we sold in two weeks from listing at $20k higher than any other agent said our property was worth. Michelle also worked on the appraisal to help smooth the post agreement process to finalize the sale. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy or sell their home in the area.”
