RTN Federal Credit Union kicks off 2017 Financial Education Series

Waltham – RTN is kicking off its 2017 financial education schedule. RTN’s free financial education seminars covers a wide range of topics including how to develop a budget, buy or sell a home, plan for retirement, and prevent identity theft.

The first one-hour seminar, “Be Money Smart for the New Year” will be held on Thursday, Jan.  26 at RTN’s Waltham Branch, 600 Main St., Waltham, from 6 to 7 p.m. This seminar will cover how to develop a smart budget and get control of your financial situation.

“RTN’s focus on financial education stems from our mission as a Credit Union to help our members be financially successful,” said Sarita Ledani, assistant vice president, business development. “Along with our great products and services, we want our members to have tools to help them take charge of their financial lives.”
