Marjorie J. Repta, 76, of GraftonGrafton – Marjorie J. Muise (Mead) Repta, 76, passed away Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017 at Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester following a lengthy illness. Her husband, John F. “Jack” Repta, passed away in 2009.

Margie is survived by her children, Robin Licarie of Millbury, Christine Lacroix and her husband Lou of Grafton, with whom she lived  and William T. Muise Jr. of Marlborough; her grandchildren, Ashley Borbone and her husband Josh, Chelsey Fiorillo, Hannah and Aidan Licarie, Jessica and William Muise, and Kristopher, Nicholas and Noelle Lacroix, along with many nieces and nephews.

Margie was born Sept. 12, 1940 in Brighton, and she was the last surviving of 12 siblings. Her roots were in Newton, where she spent many happy years.

She worked as an assembler at Raytheon Corporation for several years.

If you were looking for Margie you were seldom likely to find her at home. She and her husband Jack often took day trips to visit family or would head south to make their way over the Bourne Bridge to Cape Cod. Closer to home, one of her favorite places was the Halfway Café in Watertown.

In lieu of flowers, please honor Margie with a memorial donation to Rose Monahan Hospice Home, c/o VNA Care Network and Hospice, 120 Thomas St., Worcester, MA 01608. All are welcome to gather with Marjorie’s family Thursday, Feb. 23, from 5-8 p.m., at Roney Funeral Home, 152 Worcester St., North Grafton, followed by a prayer service at 8 p.m. in the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at her family’s convenience.
