Westborough – The Westborough Interfaith Clergy Association is hosting a benefit concert for the Pastoral Counseling Centers of Mass. to help the growing number of people who need counseling but are unable to afford it.

The Westborough-based Counseling Center provides therapeutic services for children, adults and couples, and serves over 72 communities in the region.  It also provides family and group psychotherapy, testing and assessment. Most of the center’s funding comes from insurance billing or out-of-pocket payments.

The Westborough Interfaith Clergy Association started hosting benefit concerts to help the Counseling Center reduce costs for patients who were unable to afford counseling. The concert will feature choral and instrumental music provided by religious organizations in Westborough.

The performance is at 3 p.m., Sunday, March 26, at the First Congregational Church of Westborough, 8 Church St., Westborough. Tickets are $12; $8 for seniors; free for children under 12. Tickets may be bought in advance from the religious institutions or at the door. For more information, contact Cam Sowa at 508-366-4572 or [email protected].
