Westborough – The Westborough Women’s Club, in conjunction with the Board of Health, will hold its annual Rabies Clinic Saturday, April 8, at the Westborough DPW Garage on Oak Street. This program offers a low-cost opportunity for pet owners to have their dog or cat vaccinated. Dogs will be seen from 9-10 a.m. and cats from 10-11 a.m. The cost per animal is $15. Please bring last year’s rabies certificates.
Susan Gillman, doctor of veterinary medicine, and her associates volunteer their time and expertise each year. In addition, the town clerk participates in selling dog licenses for $15 that morning. The Westborough DPW allows the use of their garage for the program and assists in setting up for the program. The Westborough Women’s Club is grateful for the partnerships with local vets and town departments in providing this annual service to our community.
