The grass sometimes is greener

Region – What a difference a year makes. Last June and July were exceedingly dry, with rains yielding barely one inch per month. This June however, the total is closer to 5 inches which has caused a loosening of most area water restrictions and restoring water levels to area lakes and reservoirs.
