Hudson Catholic High class of 1972 gathers for 45th reunion

Region – Memories, updates and humorous senior moments were shared Aug. 26 as members of the Hudson Catholic High class of 1972 gathered for their 45-year reunion. The setting was an informal barbecue at the Bolton home of classmates Mary McQuillan Codyer and David Codyer, who organized the reunion with Ed Karvoski Jr. The menu featured grilled hamburgers, veggie burgers and chicken breasts with various salads.

Thirty of the 70 graduating class attended along with several guests. Out-of-state classmates traveled from Colorado, Florida, Maine, Michigan, New Hampshire, South Carolina, Vermont and Virginia. Most of the classmates are Hudson, Marlborough or Maynard natives.

Joining the reunion organizers were Paul Bolt, Dennis Coache, Theresa Calderone Coache, Joanne Longhi Craven, Bob Falcucci, Kathleen Kittredge Frank, Janet Poirier Glew, George Harris, Diane Hellen, Joe Kavanagh, Michael Kittredge, Nancy Fortier Klein, Deborah Wasko Koziara, Pat Kuras, Pat Landry, Frank Laurini, Ann Roche Lavelle, Michael McClellan, Roz Ferreira McHugh, Jim Moore, Mary Diani-Nielsen, Barbara Mayuski Nunes, Colleen Schlickman Provencher, Duane Searles, Michele Scott Swed, Linda Casaceli Winin and Kathleen Wolkovich Wiedeman.

The six-hour barbecue concluded with make-your-own sundaes consisting of ice cream, frozen yogurt or sorbet and numerous toppings. Among the topics of conversation was preliminary plans for their next reunion.
