Marlborough Field Hockey Defeats Westborough

Marlborough – The Marlborough High School Panthers field hockey team defeated the visiting Westborough High School Rangers by a score of 4-1 in a game played October 4.

Christina Leonard and Julia Mahaney each scored two goals for Marlborough.  Additionally, Leonard had the assist on both of Mahaney’s goals.

Cassidy Sams scored the lone goal for Westborough.

Marlborough improved to 6-3-2 on the season with the win, while Westborough fell to 2-4-2.
