Westborough – Matthew P. Malone, 27, died unexpectedly Friday, Oct. 6, 2017 at home after a long battle with addiction.
Born in Framingham, Matthew had been a lifelong resident of Westborough, and was a 2008 graduate of Westborough High School.
He is survived by his mother, Brenda L. (Uhlman) Malone of Westborough; his father and step-mother, Michael and Cynthia Malone of Northbridge; two brothers, Benjamin M. Malone of Westborough and Domenic M. Malone of Northbridge; one sister, Jenna M. Malone of Northbridge; his maternal grandparents, Parker and Nancy Uhlman of Westborough; paternal grandmother, Roberta Malone of Westborough; his girlfriend, Leslie Donovan; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Robert Malone.
His funeral service will be held Thursday, Oct. 12, at 11 a.m., in The Congregational Church of Westborough, 57 West Main St., Westborough.
Calling hours at the David A. Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough, are Wednesday, Oct. 11, from 4-7 p.m.
