Shrewsbury Education Foundation announces seventh annual Trivia Night

Shrewsbury – The Shrewsbury Education Foundation (SEF) will hold its seventh annual Trivia Night fundraiser Saturday, Nov. 4 at Maironis Park, 52 S. Quinsigamond Ave., Shrewsbury. The night will begin with “Happy Half Hour” at 6:30 p.m. followed by games at 7 p.m. It will be emceed once again by Hank Stolz from The Hank Stolz Experience on Charter TV 3.

New this year, SEF is adding a Team Spirit Award for the loudest teams who wear the best outfits or sing the best group song.

The cost is $80 for a team of up to four players; $120 for a four-person sponsored team; and $10 per spectator. There will be a cash bar and pizza ($15) may be pre-ordered.

Proceeds support innovation in the Shrewsbury Public Schools. SEF is a volunteer group that funds grants that go directly into the classroom.
