Grafton – The Shrewsbury High School Colonials boys soccer team defeated the Grafton Indians by a score of 1-0. The game, played Oct. 30, was technically a home game for Shrewsbury, and was moved to the turf field at Grafton High School after the overnight storms left the Shrewsbury field unplayable.

The game’s lone goal was scored just 69 seconds into the match, when Shrewsbury forward Cam Morris broke away with the ball and his kick found the net.

This was the final game of the regular season for both teams.  Grafton heads into the playoffs with a 16-2 record while Shrewsbury, who is also playoff bound, compiled a 7-6-5 record.
