“Reducing the Risk: A Hands on Approach to Falls Prevention” will be presented from 1-3 p.m. by Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts (BIA-MA), a private nonprofit association that provides support, prevention, education, and advocacy for individuals with brain injury and their families. The workshop takes place at BIA-MA, 30 Lyman St., Suite 10, Westborough. Reducing the Risk will teach participants how to build strength in their lower extremities and core muscle groups to reduce the risk of falls.
