Ashland: Transition Ashland presents Transition 2:0

Transition Ashland will show the new film, Transition 2:0, Jan. 26,  at 10 a.m., at the Ashland Library Community Room, 66 Front St. The public is invited to attend free of charge. The producers, Transition Network, say the film “captures inspiring stories of Transition initiatives around the world, responding to uncertain times with creativity, solutions and engaged optimism.” Transition 2:0, the sequel to the movement’s first film released in 2010, which introduced the project to the world, showcases the work of several communities that grow food everywhere and anywhere, print their own money and have set up community energy schemes.
