Boylston: Tower Hill Botanic Garden hosts forager, author Tama Matsuoka Wong

Boylston – Forager Tama Matsuoka Wong will visit Tower Hill Botanic Garden Saturday, June 14, from 10 – 11 a.m., for a discussion of her cookbook and backyard field guide, Foraged Flavor, followed by foraging weed walk from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Wong, a forager, weed eater, lawyer, and author, leads workshops, lectures, and events around the country and supplies local wild foods to the Michelin Restaurant Daniel in New York City, Gramercy Tavern, ACME, Marc Forgione, among others.

Find out how Wong finds such flavor in weeds and wild plants, while discovering the late-spring foraged flavor of Tower Hill's gardens and fields.
