Holden: New England Amputee Assoc. Benefit Dinner

Chaffin Congregational Church, 155 Shrewsbury St., Holden, will host a ham and bean dinner at 6 p.m. to benefit the New England Amputee Association. Snow date: Jan. 21. Cost of the dinner is $8 (children under 12 are free). Pre-paid reservations may be made by calling the church office at 1-508-829-2146. Take-out will be available, but please call ahead. Guests are encouraged to bring a donation of canned food or other non-perishable items for the Wachusett Food Pantry. The menu includes ham, baked beans, corn bread, and coleslaw, with brownies and ice cream for dessert. Chaffin Church is handicap-accessible.
