Hudson: ‘Amber Waves of Grain: Exposing the Health Implications of Today’s Grains’ presentation« Back to Events
The names may be the same – wheat, rye, barley, corn, rice, oats – but they are definitely not the same grains your grandmother ate! These days, we hear so much about the importance of having grains in our daily diet. But, is it true? Are they really as good for us as we are told? “Amber Waves of Grain: Exposing the Health Implications of Today’s Grains,” part 6 of the ongoing Health & Wellness Series at Saint Luke’s Church, takes place Sept. 26, 7 p.m. Admission is $5 and includes workshop & refreshments. Open to the public, but pre-registration is necessary. To reserve a seat, contact June Miller at 978- 838-0044 or email@example.com or Paulette Naves at 508-612-4101 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Saint Luke’s Episcopal Church is located at 5 Washington St., Hudson.
