Hudson: Community Garden cleanup

Please join volunteers at Hudson’s new community garden Aug. 11, from 9 a.m. to noon, for a big Volunteer Maintenance Day. The Garden, which serves two dozen gardening families and more through vegetable donations to the Hudson Food Pantry, relies on volunteers to keep the site clean, orderly, and inspiring. There will be tasks for all ages and abilities, including weeding, watering, composting, mulching, weed whacking, mowing, as well as collecting sticks, rocks and trash from the site.
