Join the Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson Dec. 16, at 10:30 a.m., for a First Nations Solstice service with inspirational storytelling, music and dance shared with White Mountain Apache Loril Moondream, Blackfoot Peter White Fox, Cherokee Rik Rolski, Penobscot Barbara Giammarino, and other friends from Medicine Mammals Wildlife Rehabilitation Center.  “For the past three years we have been blessed by a growing relationship with Medicine Mammals. In the smalls ways of friendship and mutual respect we seek to honor the traditions of the First Nation peoples and redress the injustice and genocide that was inflicted upon them by our European culture. As we mark the longest night of the year, we will be mindful of those in our community who are at-risk during the lean, cold months of winter. We must all survive so the circle of life can continue to turn.”  The church is located at 80 Main St. in Hudson. For more information, call 978-562-9180 or visit
