Hudson: Gardening for Beginners Workshop

The Hudson Community Garden is hosting a Gardening for Beginnings Workshop May 18, from 11 a.m. to noon, at the garden's 10 Port St. site. Hudson resident and longtime gardener Amy Crowley-Poirier is volunteering her time to teach the basics of organic gardening. The workshop will be held in conjunction with the community garden's May Volunteer Day, which will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. In addition, children are welcome to help paint the garden's picnic table from 9 to 11 a.m. To register for the workshop, visit www.hudsoncommunitygarden.org.
