Hudson: Hudson Story Slam begins

All are welcome to attend the upcoming Story Slams at the Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson, 80 Main St., Hudson. If you enjoy listening to programs like “This American Life” and “Storycorps” or just missing hearing well-told stories on the back porch, you’ll enjoy this upcoming series hosted by Bob and Nan Rogers to be held March 21, April 18 and May 16, from 7 to 9 p.m. Come to the Hudson Story Slam to share your story on any topic, be it folk tale or a personal anecdote under five minutes long, or just to come to listen and let the stories entrance you. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. each evening and there is a suggested donation of $5 to attend. Drop-ins are welcome, though pre-registration at www.ucmh.org is encouraging.
