What’s in the food you’re eating? If you want to achieve and maintain vibrant, optimal health, you must first start by making smart food choices. If you’d like to learn how to decipher food labels and how to recognize which foods can potentially lead to diabetes, cancer, heart disease, obesity and other illnesses, then join in for a Label Reading workshop, part 4 of the new Health & Wellness Series. The workshop takes place July 25, at 7 p.m., at Saint Luke’s Church, 5 Washington St., Hudson. Admission is $5 and includes workshop and refreshments. The event is open to the public, but pre-registration is necessary.
