Hudson: River's Edge Arts Alliance, Hudson Rotary Club present “A Taste of Ireland”

March 7, 2014

| Free

Hudson – Not Irish? No worries! Everyone is invited to “A Taste of Ireland,” to be presented Friday, March 7 by the River's Edge Arts Alliance and the Hudson Rotary Club. This first-ever collaboration of two hometown organizations will be the talk of the town and you don's want to miss out on a night or Irish music, shenanigans, and tomfoolery in celebration of St. Paddy's Day.

The night will kick off with Irish beer and Irish food sampling, as well as a performance by Irish step dance students from Dance On Studio in Hudson. Get ready to laugh at a hilarious set from Dave Rattigan, a Massachusetts-bred comedian, before the headlining ban, The Jolly Beggars, fill the air with lilting festive music. The Jolly Beggars bring the rich tradition of Celtic folk music and storytelling to modern day audiences.

A Taste of Ireland will take place at 7 p.m. at the Riverview Portuguese Club, 13 Port St., Hudson. Tickets are on sale now. Advance tickets for $18 (cash or check only) can be bought through the River's Edge Arts Alliance office or from a Hudson Rotary Club Member. Tickets can also be purchased online for $20 plus fees at www.upwitharts.org. ??Tickets will be available at the door for $25. Tables of 10 can be reserved by calling 978-562-1646.
