April is Limb Loss Awareness month, and to heighten awareness in the community for those living with limb loss the New England Amputee Association is holding its First Annual Amputee Walkathon from 12 to 4 p.m. at the Orchard Hill Athletic Club in Lancaster. If you are interested in helping the organization continue its programs for amputees then put on your walking shoes and join the cause. If you cannot walk, seeing about sponsoring another walker.
