Free and open to the community, the annual Senior Health Fair at the Marlborough Senior Center, 250 Main St., will be held Sept. 28, 1 to 4 p.m. Flu shots will be available this year from 1 to 2:30 p.m. (for people whose last names begin from A to M) and 2:30 to 4 p.m. (for those with last names from N to Z). Receive education and information on community services, hands-on screenings and assessments, as well as food, refreshments and raffle prizes.
