Marlborough: COA hosts ‘Putting the “Gold” Back into Golden Years’

“Putting the “Gold” Back into Golden Years” will be presented Sept. 12,  at 2:30 p.m., at the Marlborough Council on Aging, 250 Main St. This is the first topic of a three month series led by Katie Cohen, a licensed social worker and registered yoga instructor. Come join Katie and learn how to let go of those compromising feelings of worry, anxiety and stress. Together, you will learn techniques to improve your happiness, health and over-all well-being.
