Marlborough: First Church in Marlborough, Congregational presents “Come Messiah King”

Marlborough – The cantata “Come Messiah King” will be presented Saturday, Dec. 21, at 7 p.m., at the First Church in Marlborough, Congregational.

Russ Goliger, music director at First Church, will direct the musical to be presented by The Cantata Singers of Marlborough, which combines the music ministries of the Contemporary Music Ensemble of the Immaculate Conception Parish and the Chancel Choir and Orchestra of First Church.

An hour of entertainment will feature some 30 individuals, vocalists, and instrumentalists, who will perform in the Cantata and the sing-along that follows.

There is no admission fee and the public is invited to attend. A free-will offering will be collected.

The First Church in Marlborough is located at 37 High St., at the corner of Bolton (Route 85) and High streets, just above Union Common, in Marlborough.
