Marlborough: ‘How to Fuel for Fitness’ talk for seniors

“How to Fuel for Fitness” will be presented Friday, Nov. 22, at 2 p.m., at the Marlborough Senior Center, 250 Main St. The talk will off food and nutrition recommendations for seniors as Culinary Dietitian Barbara Gold from Bay Path Elder Services discusses how to fuel yourself optimally for enhanced exercise performance and overall good health.
