Marlborough: Senior Center hosts “5 Simple Exercises’ program

Marlborough – If you hate exercise or don's think you are able to exercise, then join the Marlborough Senior Center, 250 Main St., Monday, March 24, at 1:15 p.m.! Steve Satin of Satin Wellness will help seniors step out of the box with “5 Simple Exercises Anyone Can Do.”
Satin will discuss five simple exercises that will help almost everyone increase their strength now. It doesn's matter if you don's currently exercise, or have never participated in an organized program; these exercises are safe and practical. Satin will demonstrate them and show how to do them yourself.
