Animal Emergencies and the Power of Police will be presented Oct. 23, from noon – 1p.m., in the Agnes Varis Lecture Hall at Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, 200 Westboro Rd., North Grafton. The speaker is Paul C. Wagoner, Essex County Assistant District Attorney.

This is part of the Center for Animals and Public Policy’s Fall 2013 Animal Matters Seminar Series, and members of the public are invited to the free seminar.
