Northborough: Annual town clean up

From 7:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., the town of Northborough will hold its annual town clea nup. Rain date: April 22. Meet at Melican Middle School to pick up gloves, bags, and assignments. Volunteers invited to a free cookout afterwards at Ellsworth-McAfee Park, Route 135, from 12:15 to 1:45 p.m. If you can’t clean up that day/time, you can still participate by cleaning up any time during the weekend. Just let the Northborough Community Affairs Committee and Northborough Woman’s Club know where so the DPW can pick up the trash bags that Monday. Contact lisabhodge@yahoo.com with any questions.
