Northborough: Flu Clinic

January 15, 2013

| Free

The CDC (Centers for Disease Control) is stating that this could be the worst flu season in 10 years.? At this time the public is being guided to assure all family members receive the flu vaccine, encouraging hand washing and assuring that persons stay home when they are sick. The Northborough Health Department has scheduled an additional flu clinic for Jan. 15, from 3 to 5 p.m., at the Northborough Town Hall, 63 Main St. The clinic will be a first-come, first-served basis; however, it would be most helpful if persons who intend on coming contact the Health Department so they can plan appropriately for the number of attendees. Insurance cards will be required, but persons with no access to insurance will be eligible to receive vaccine. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you have questions, contact the Health Department office at 508-393-5009 or 508-393-5008.
