The Northborough Historical Society will hold its monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. at 50 Main St. The evening’s program will be “Harry Truman,” presented by Mark Bashour. The discussion will cover President Truman and the perilous conditions he encountered throughout his eight years in office, the major events and challenges of his presidency, and the important decisions he would make. Bashour will also speak about Harry Truman the man – his personal and professional background, and how he became the man he was, and what it was that shaped his character. Free and all are welcome.
