Northborough: Library hosts rare, collectible books talk

Is there value in your old and rare books? Nov. 7, starting at 7 p.m., Ken Gloss, renowned expert on rare and collectible books, and owner of Brattle Book Shop in Boston, will talk about what makes a book valuable and bring some interesting examples of items from the store's private collection. The talk takes place at Northborough Free Library, 34 Main St. Gloss will answer questions and give a free verbal appraisal (as time permits) of books that audience members bring with them.
