Northborough: Meditation program at Northborough Free Library

Northborough – The Northborough Free Library will hold a presentation, “Meditation for Stress Free Living,” Saturday, June 28, at 10:30 a.m. in the Library Meeting Room, 34 Main St.
Dr. Allan Hughes will discuss the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress, improve concentration, and enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium.
