Northborough/Southborough Special Education Parent Advisory Council (NSPAC) is hosting a “Morning Coffee” Jan. 31, from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the Northborough Free Library, 34 Main St. This is an opportunity for parents/guardians of special needs children to connect and support one another through sharing of experiences, ideas, and resources.
