Shrewsbury: ‘American Dream’ program at SPL

You’re invited to attend a special event Oct. 22, at 7 p.m., at the Shrewsbury Public Library, 609 Main St.  This will be a one-woman dramatization of inspiring characters – mostly just ordinary Americans – who share their hopes and struggles in fulfilling their own personal American Dream. Judy Bernstein dramatizes stories from immigrants who made great sacrifices to reach these shores and then traveled to the corners of America in search of land, homes, work and a decent life.
