Shrewsbury: Author Michael Tougias speaks at Library

March 19, area author Mike Tougias will be speaking at the Shrewsbury Public Library, 609 Main St., at 7 p.m. The topic will be his latest book, A Storm Too Soon: A True Story of Survival and a Remarkable Rescue. The book tells the calamitous story of a 2007 daring U.S. Coast Guard rescue of three survivors on a raft, 250 miles out to sea in the Gulf Stream, after their 45-foot sailboat was hit by a storm.
