Shrewsbury: Electronics recycling fundraiser

The Shrewsbury High Girls Ice Hockey Club will hold its annual electronics recycling fundraiser Nov. 17, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Shrewsbury High School, upper parking lot, 64 Holden St. The goal is to reclaim or recycle unwanted electronic components and home appliances. Items will be disposed of in an ecologically responsible manner by a certified recycling company. Tax deductible fees ranging from $0.50 (for cell phones) to $100 (refrigerators) per item will be charged for items dropped off. All towns welcome.
