Shrewsbury: Garden Club plant sale, garden expo

The Shrewsbury Garden Club is busy preparing for this year’s annual plant sale, to be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Shrewsbury Senior Center, 98 Maple Ave. As in the past, the garden club will be selling annuals, perennials, hanging baskets, geraniums, herbs, vegetables, and, new this year, cemetery baskets. Also new this year is the addition of a garden expo. Those bringing a donation to the St. Anne’s Human Services Food Pantry will receive a free plant. For more information, email Hymedomaid@yahoo.com.
