Shrewsbury: Net-zero energy house discussion

March 10, the Earth Stewardship Ministry of the First Congregational Church of Shrewsbury (FCC), 19 Church Rd., is hosting a panel discussion on WPI’s net-zero energy house, which will be an entry in the International Solar Decathlon in Datong, China in August 2013. The presentation starts at 11 a.m. in the Adkins Room of the church. Professor Steven van Dessel of Ghent University-Belgium, Karen Bean from the WPI Development Office, State Representative Matt Beaton, and Hannah Kane of Beaton Kane Construction, will outline different aspects of the project.
